JobManager 01.39 - Patch 01.39.17101.1

The Patch contains these fixes:

Fixes issue with initial set the value of "Name" on the JobManager Employee table upon create.

Fixes issue with showing the "Name" of the Employee in the Edit (Card) page of "Registration approval".

Fixed issue with the hierarchy based selection used in combination with "Select Job (If only one job found)" within the JobManager Time Sheet.

Could start wrong job (the first in the overall JobManager job table).

Fixes issue with Absence Requests from Employee – “missing from date” error message (introduced in patch 20250616).

Fixed issue with Multi Planned Absence (00:00:00 in both Start and Stop).
