This version includes 12 fixes/improvements, as detailed in the installation package's changelog.

The biggest news is the new licensing type for "administrative" employees.

To comply with the new EU directive regarding time registration, we have introduced a cheaper licensing price. To qualify for the cheaper licensing price, the employee must only work on 1 "IPC" job (+absence).

In this context, a new field indicating "Only IPC" employees has been added to the JobManager employee card. At the same time, in the JobManager setup, a new field has been added where this particular JobID must be filled in.

In "Registration Approval" and "Time Calculation and Approval," a restriction has been added so the employee cannot be calculated if they have clocked in on other jobs.

Other improvements:

  • Statistic column - option for number of supplements in registration.
  • Sorting by start date in Planned absence.
  • Rate Type on Registration Add-on.
  • Option to use a Time Counter on IPC Stamp Type "work".
  • Display of name, weekday, and week number in Time Sheet.

Newer versions of BC (BC23 and later) now support reading of barcodes directly in selected text fields. JobManager Mobile solution has support in the following areas:

  • Enter JobID in Registration Cockpit
  • Consumption of goods (Item number, Location, Placement, Serial number, Batch number, and the special "Scan" function)
